These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Ruby Dev Shop LLC.

- You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials (including API keys and tokens).
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users and the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
- Some features require paid subscriptions, usage-based credits, or one-time fees. Prices, features, and limits may change; we will provide notice where required by law.
- Unless stated otherwise, charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided in these Terms.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
5. Free Trials & Promotional Credits
Free trials and promotional credits are offered at our discretion, may be subject to limits or expiration, and may be revoked for misuse. After a trial ends, continued use may require an active payment method.
6. Fair Use & Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: violating laws or third-party rights; reverse engineering; reselling without authorization; spamming; interfering with or burdening the Service; or attempting unauthorized access.
- If your usage materially exceeds typical patterns or negatively impacts others, we may apply technical or usage limits, request plan changes, or suspend access.
7. Telecommunications & Calling Features (if applicable)
- You must comply with all calling, messaging, recording, and consent laws applicable to the jurisdictions involved.
- Emergency calling (e.g., 911/112) may not be supported. Do not rely on the Service for emergency communications.
- Rates, routing, and availability may vary by country, carrier, and network conditions.
8. Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service.
- You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content and that our use as permitted by these Terms will not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Service may integrate with third-party products or networks. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
14. Availability & Changes to the Service
